Valentis has an excellent safety record, built on the foundation of an international safety culture instilled across all project sites. We define safety through four key elements — leadership, systems, behavior, and innovation — and we relentlessly pursue excellence in each area.
Valentis undertakes annual audits of both legal compliance and safety culture of our team in each country in which we operate. Safety culture surveys at the commencement of new projects set the baseline from which continuous improvement can be assessed.

Risk Management System
Our integrated, web-based risk management system, is central to our approach. Our system exceeds all applicable government standards in all jurisdictions in which we operate, drawing on international frameworks such as ISO 450001.
Our system provides a single platform for managing people, safety, environmental compliance, reporting, assets, and maintenance. Field teams across our operations have real time access to the system via phones and tablets ensuring constant access to safe work procedures, immediate visibility and accurate reporting.
The system is accessible by the entire Valentis workforce, being utilised in the field for Take 5s, hazard reports, inspections and audits through to monitoring, analysis and reporting for the HSET team.
Valentis TRAINING
Training is a cornerstone of Valentis’ commitment to continuous improvement. We deliver a consistent, practical training approach across all sites, ensuring every team member operates with proficiency and follows safe work practices.
Our Valentis Risk Management System defines training requirements by role and tracks the progress of every individual. Compliance is reported for each site, and Verification of Competency assessments are maintained and fully integrated into the system, providing transparency and accountability.
